Vaibhav Yadav is a visual artist from Raipur, Chhattisgarh, whose practice is rooted in printmaking and interdisciplinary exploration. He completed his schooling in Raipur district and earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Printmaking from Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya. He is currently pursuing his Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) at the same institution, further deepening his engagement with conceptual and technical dimensions of printmaking.

As a printmaker, Vaibhav is deeply passionate about the medium and its ability to give conceptual form to abstract ideas. For him, art carries varied meanings for different individuals, yet his own practice is firmly grounded in strong conceptual foundations. He views art as a bridge between personal experience and the larger universe, translating inner emotions and affections into compelling visual narratives that resonate with the outer world.

His artworks often investigate his relationship with living and non-living organisms, reflecting on human connections, societal frameworks, and questions of identity. He critically examines social stereotypes and the unconscious ways in which they are perpetuated, using his practice as a means to understand both society and himself.

Beyond printmaking, Vaibhav actively engages in performance art, employing his body and presence as expressive tools. He also works in fashion design and has experience as a pageant national costume designer, merging traditional elements with contemporary aesthetics to create culturally meaningful and visually impactful works.
